Tuition and standard fees are 100% covered by the Northwest Promise Program
How do I qualify for the Northwest Promise Program?
- Fill out FAFSA
- Apply to Northwest as a first-time freshman incoming 2023 -AND- Be registered as a full-time undergraduate domestic student
- A family income of $65,000 or less -OR- Be Pell grant-eligible
- For domestic students only
MISSOURI RESIDENT
- High School GPA 2.50+ and ACT 18-36 -OR- 2.75+ high school GPA with less than 18 ACT or no ACT test score
NON-MISSOURI RESIDENT
Renewable for four years with the following stipulations:
- Reapplication of FAFSA by Feb. 1 for consideration of state grants used in determining Northwest Promise funding
- Please note, only for the 2024-25 aid year, the priority deadline is being extended to April 1, 2024.
- A family income of $65,000 or less -OR- Be Pell grant-eligible
- Completion of 24 Northwest credit hours
- 2.00 Northwest cumulative GPA for Missouri residents
- 3.00 Northwest cumulative GPA for non-Missouri residents
- A combination of federal, state, and institutional grants and scholarships plus the Northwest Promise grant covers regular tuition and standard fees
